Hello,.,. folks of Max Guns Issue, this particular day i will presented to you about PWS MK116 5.56mm Rifle.

PWS MK116 5_56mm Rifle-1

Get a solid patrol rifle in the hands of a police officer is not always easy. Good weapon is not cheap, and low prices are not suitable for the task. During my service to carry weapons program in the mid-1990s, it became a problem immediately. Price Agency on a sturdy pistol is around $ 750; official price is about $ 100 more. Offers can be in the arms cheaper, but most of them are not reliable, accurate, or both. Although the price is not known at this time, the basic principle remains. The officers and the department needs a good weapon they are capable and suitable for use task.

Contrary to some opinions "expert" service rifle should remain at a high level. When a practice or various rifle does not work, pack up and repair. If the rifle of an officer fails in the field, which can easily produce a person's life. That's why many organizations are strict about what they are going to allow officers to carry. True, sometimes the decision is arbitrary or even politics, but more often it is all about making sure that the gun works in the real world.

Is there a need for a brand name or a ton of bells and whistles? Not all. In fact, many of the weapons that bring good name is marketed can be a real jam-o-matic. Last year, a local dealer to buy 25 guns of "brand". Nearly three-quarters of them had to be sent back because they can not spend more than two magazines without damage. Branding, marketing and accessories are fine, but this is what is important: The rifle must be as reliable as the platform will allow and precise enough to do the job in the real world.

Primary Weapons Systems

I was first treated with primary weapon system (PWS) while looking for a 10-inch gun, AR is really strong, piston. I have been using a typical 11-inch guns direct collision canon for years and I know them well unsuppressed. But when you add it suppressor different adventures. At that time, the piston rifle fashionable, but most were too expensive, over-hyped and do not work better than standard pistol. The truth is, the elimination of short 5.56mm rifle while maintaining reliability problems, both in RA by piston or not. My contact with PWS is simple and direct. PWS simply stated that he would send up and told me to test it thoroughly. The company also provides contact information for those who have been testing and use of weapons in the area.

After several tests with a pressure large enough, one thing is clear: The above work. He's as close as you can the reliability of the AK-47 in AR. He shot thousands of rounds on the test reliably semi-automatic and select-fire and over the next PWS and complete in some rifle calibers showed similar results. They are all accurate, reliable and highly suitable for professional use.

PWS focused on the operator, to build weapons with functionality, reliability and durability to the surface. This applies to muzzle device, buffer tubes and small parts, too. Everything that goes into PWS rifles were tested in the areas most likely by a real operator. Just as important, PWS always do everything possible to keep prices reasonable.

Gun Details

Not too long ago, PWS has made changes in the entire range of weapons MK1 in all calibers. One of the most requested improvements are handguard. Exclusive gas system does not allow users to change the guard, which is rock solid and very accurate, but is not truly free floating barrel. Many feel that it is important. In a series of rifles MK1, PWS is now offering free movement lightweight handguard system uses VLTOR KeyMod, allowing the rail to be placed at various points. Top rail extends the full length of the forearm, and the sides and bottom can be equipped as needed. QD sling play some mean guns will accommodate virtually any size operator.

QPQ coated barrel for durability, consistency and resistance to corrosion. This is a favorite among many manufacturers and beyond the chrome lining in all things frequently. Adjustable gas block is added to the use of suppressant and has four positions, which should take care of most of the suppressor and all questions with variations of ammunition. Each barrel is closed with a muzzle brake FSC556 PWS "or Triad Flash suppressor.

A heavy, clinging delay support to ensure enhanced cycling. A bolt and spring are enhanced for a powerful bolt group. Another nice change is the piston head repaired by users, who can now be removed without tools for cleaning or change your charging handle. Each gun has a BCM Gunfighter charging handle. A mil-spec ALG trigger Defense is the heart of the bottom of the receiver forgings. This release provides crisp pull with less crisis while maintaining reliability. Buffer tubes improved PWS 'own shares Magpul MOE, two mountain QD sling facilitate timely and Magpul MOE pistol grip provides solid control. Weapons come up with the necessary key, a pair of sites and 30 rounds MBUS Magpul PMAG.

PWS MK116 5_56mm Rifle-3

PWS 'PWS MK116 is a 16-inch barrel, 5:56 rifle. Weapon has six levels of the touch probe groove 1-by-8-inch. My test gun barrel crowned with FSC556 muzzle brake, which is a good balance between control back and erase flash. This has been proven effective and are considered standard equipment on a number of rifles.

The new headrest of PWS MK116 is very delicate, thin and comfortable, with a rail where you want and QD sling play when you need it. Site Magpul MBUS robust and reliable, and PMAG is a proven fighter magazine. The PWS MK116 can go to work out of the box-just add a sling and a spare magazine.

For testing, I installed 4x32mm Browe Combat Optic (BCO). This event uses a light sensor to control the rafters illuminated reticle. The BCO is designed to turn on when the range is moved and to adjust the intensity of the chevron on the basis of the light on the target. (If necessary, the intensity can be adjusted by pressing a button.) Constructed from titanium, lightweight and very strong BCO. Clear optics, and 5.56 chevron reticle is designed to compensate for bullet drop line (please see page)

designed around the M855 ammunition. Models are also available with a reticle NATO 5.56 mm and 7.62 mm, or 300 Blackout horseshoe reticle and point. The BCO has proven highly accurate rifle in several tests.

Time span

I have not tested the PWS weapon inaccurate. Even Diablo, with his long-barreled rifle, showed excellent accuracy. I use 5.56 Diablo during class, in very difficult conditions specified. Not only is it a short distance correctly, but also exposed steel almost 300 kilometers with views EOTech.

The groups were drawn from a seated position using the bag as a break. The BTHPs Hornady 75 grain took a day with 0.6-inch groups at 100 yards. 77 grain OTM tower Silver State Armory come just 0.1 inches higher. All fell within 1.5 inches, with more measures nearly an inch. The PWS MK116 seems to draw almost everything well, even 55-grain FMJ ammunition practices. Accuracy over a wide range of services is always a plus with a gun, especially when practice ammunition is difficult to obtain.

PWS MK116 5_56mm Rifle-6

I have no doubt that triggers this ALG is one of the best mil-spec trigger in the market. He is quick, predictable and fairly smooth. As much as I prefer a two-story units, many organizations simply will not allow them. So ALG may be the perfect solution for those who need to use a gun stock. With a 5-pound trigger, trigger ALG meet most specifications of the department.

I'm not a fan of the muzzle brake, but if you use one, FSC556 is a good bet. Although powerful, it is quieter than most and has a very good control of flash. Muzzle brake is small, lightweight and without adding length standard will flash suppressor. Because 5.56 has very little recoil, flash suppressor PWS Triad would be my first choice to use the task.

PWS MK116 5_56mm Rifle-2

The most notable additions to the PWS MK116 is handguard. My preference is always less rails and handles some of the more well-refined. In addition, most of the officers to add a little more light, if everything is left thin and delicate. For those who need a hand guard, you can add one, without the rest of the bottom rail is covered. If you need a bipod, then just add a small piece on the bottom rail.

Moving in the middle of the field shoot me and put a plate holder, I found the light and PWS MK116 balanced. While BCO or 4x optical cooperation here, they would not be my first choice. Their simplicity makes them reliable and robust, but they are not ideal for short distances. Installation of a small red dot at 1:00 will be the best solution, or simply drop the view and use the iron sights. BCO installation uses a fast connection, and it is perfect for a more varied.

FINAL NOTE

PWS MK116 5_56mm Rifle-4

The PWS MK116 is not only an aesthetic upgrade for PWS path. The company has made some useful modifications to this system based on feedback from actual users. I would not hesitate one second to put the gun to work. What is needed is a system of observation (if you like), light, slings and spare magazines. Officials or looking for a real workhorse professional would do well to select MK1 series rifles. Available in 5.56 mm and 300 Blackout, the series covers the most popular caliber, with models also available CA- and NY-compliant. The future looks bright for PWS and look for any professional solid piston driven AR rifles.
